TERMS & CONDITIONS

Shipping & Handling	If an order is received before noon (Pacific Standard Time), and the items are in stock, we can usually ship that day.
	Freight charges are accessed at a standard 15% of the total order and are a separate item on your invoice. In general, we do not make any profit on freight charges, and we can ship using any shipper with whom you have an account.
	Free delivery (no freight charges) within the San Diego area.
	Shipment may be made at room temperature, or with dry ice, wet ice, or gel pack. For example, as FBS must be shipped frozen, it is shipped by overnight or two-day delivery in an insulated container containing dry ice. Due to this extra handling, sera and non-standard items are charged an extra $25 per carton.
Prices	Prices and charges are in USD (United States dollar) and are subject to change without notice. Please contact us for a price quote or for current promotions.
Changes & Cancellations	If the order has not been shipped, you may request an order cancellation or change by telephone. A written confirmation will also be required, either faxed or emailed to help@jmbioscience.com
Damaged or Incomplete Shipment	If your order has not arrived in a timely fashion or has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. Depending upon the circumstances, and at our discretion, we may promptly resend a replacement or credit your account.
Returns	If your order does not conform to its online description or the specifications, we will credit your account or exchange the product at our option. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for the return of a product for any reason not included in our warranty.
Technical Support	Unless otherwise arranged, all technical assistance and support is provided gratis. While this assistance is made in good faith and to the best of our knowledge, we make no warranties and you assume sole responsibility for the results of relying upon said assistance.
Warranty	JM Bioscience sells its products in good faith. We are not liable for a product after its expiration date, nor for one that has been misused or has become unusable due to improper storage, handling, or label alterations.
